| Members are hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Goutam Bhowal (DIN: 08268162), as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 2nd February 2021 and in his place, Mr. Sanjay Mishra (DIN: 09048557) has been appointed as Managing Director, (Executive) of the Company with effect from 2nd February 2021 and will hold the office till the approval of Members by way of Postal Ballot Rules, 2015 or in next EOGM/AGM. <BR> <BR> Please note that Mr. Sanjay Mishra has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company, has not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.<BR> <BR> Brief Profile of Mr. Sanjay Mishra as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 is attached herewith.<BR> | |
