Dear Sirs/ Madam, Pursuant to Company's Code of Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, July 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results(standalone) for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2022. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2022 will be intimated in due course. During the aforementioned period of closure of trading window, the (i) Directors, (ii) Promoters, (iii) CEO and Employee upto 2 level below, and (iv) IT and Secretarial Staff and Immediate Relatives of all the foregoing classes of person/s, will not enter into any transaction/s involving the securities of the Company.
