| Kimia Biosciences Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 2.00 p.m. at Corporate Office of the Company viz. 974, 9th Floor, Aggarwal Millenium Tower-II, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi-110034, inter alia, to consider & approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the 2nd Quarter and Half year ended on September 30, 2020.<BR> Further, In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) has already been closed w.e.f. 1st October, 2020 up to the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter and Half year ended 30th September 2020 to the Stock Exchange.<BR> | |
