Pursuant to the relevant circular issued by BSE Limited, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, as amended and Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company from Friday, 01 July 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2022.
