| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, this is to inform that Ms. K S Swapna Latha, Sr. General Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary has tendered her resignation, due to personal reasons, from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and the same has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today. Further, the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. P. K. Varsha Raja, a qualified Company Secretary bearing membership number (ACS No. A63502) as the Interim Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f April 20, 2022. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFO /CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in 'Annexure - I' This is for your information and records. | |
