Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 6 November 2020, inter alia; to consider and take on record Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 September 2020.<BR> <BR> 2. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 1 October 2020, as communicated vide our letter dated 29 September 2020 and shall remain closed till 10 November 2020, as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of Kirloskar Industries Limited under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on record.
