| KITEX GARMENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve i. to approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020;<BR> <BR> ii. to approve and take on record the un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020;<BR> <BR> Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the trading window for trading in the Company's equity shares from January 1, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hrs. from the date of the said financial results are made public.<BR> <BR> For Kitex Garments Limited<BR> <BR> CS.
