Dear Sir/ Ma&apos;am,&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; This has reference to our aforesaid letters regarding the captioned subject and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today has inter-alia transacted the following matters:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; i. The Investment proposal submitted by the Company was approved by the Government of Telangana and the Government orders have been issued. The Board has discussed and approved the said orders.&lt;BR&gt; ii. Authorised Mr. Sabu M.
