(IST). Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, August 23, 2022 to Monday, August 29, 2022 (both days inclusive). for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for financial year ended March 31, 2022.
