Dear sir/ ma''am, Pursuant to Reg 30 and 34(1) of SEBI Listing Regulations, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with Notice of AGM for the FY 2021-22 which has dispatched/ sent to the members. Annual Report containing the Notice is also uploaded on the Company's website: www.kitexgarments.com Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 23, 2022 to August 29, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 30th AGM & for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for FY ended March 31, 2022.
