| KITEX GARMENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve i. the un-audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standard (Ind. AS) for the quarter ended June 30, 2022; and ii. the un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind. AS for the for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. It is further informed that as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's equity shares shall continue to remain closed till expiry of 48 hrs from the date the financial results are made public.
