Approved Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 2. Considered the Limited Review Report of the un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 3. Approved the appointment of M/s. Aabid & Co., Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct the Secretarial Audit of the Company for the financial year 2022-23. 4. Approved Board's Report and Notice of 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 5. Approved the Book Closure date from Thursday, September 22, 2022 to Wednesday, September 28, 2022 (both day inclusive) | |
