Kkalpana Plastick Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2022, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results ofthe Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022 and Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company''s letter dated March 31, 2022, the trading window, for dealing in equity shares of the Company, is closed for all directors, executives one level below the Board and designated persons with effect from April 01, 2022 and shall remain closed upto May 22, 2022 (both days inclusive), in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed by the Company.
