Notice is hereby given that the 33rd (Thirty-Third) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Kkalpana Plastick Limited will be held on Tuesday, 27th Day of September, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), to transact the business as set out in the notice convening the AGM. Notice is also hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 21st September, 2022 to Tuesday, 27th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The Company has fixed Tuesday, September 20, 2022 as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for e -voting. E-voting period will commence from 9.00 a.m. on September 24, 2022 to 5.00 p.m. on September 26, 2022.
