| This is to inform that in terms of Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, vide its letter dated September 11, 2023, has granted extension of Forty Five 45 days i.e. up to November 15, 2023, to hold the Annual General Meeting (??GM") of the Shareholders of the Company, for the financial year (FY) ended March 31, 2023. In view of the above approval, the Company will convene the AGM for the FY ended March 31, 2023 within such extended time. Accordingly, the date of AGM will be intimated in due course and Annual report will be submitted pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
