| In view of the emergency situation arising due to spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to support the lock down initiative(s) taken by the Central / State Government authorities in various states / district across India, to contain the spread of COVID-19, we wish to inform you that the operations of the Company at all locations have been temporarily shut-down.<BR> <BR> The Company has been taking necessary precautionary measures at all its locations against the spread of COVID-19 as advised by the Government from time to time. The Company has also followed 'Work From Home' policy for its employees.<BR> <BR> Given the uncertainty around the situation it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on the business operations of the Company at this point of time.<BR> <BR> We will inform the stock exchange(s) on further developments, if any, in the matter.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the above information on your records.<BR> | |
