Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing, Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited ("Bank"), based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Bank, have appointed Dr. Ashok Gulati (DIN:07062601) as:<BR> (i) Additional Director with effect from March 6, 2021 up to the next Annual General Meeting of the<BR> Bank; and<BR> (ii) Independent Director, for a term of five years, with effect from March 6, 2021, subject to the<BR> approval of the Members of the Bank.<BR>
