We wish to inform that as per Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and<BR> report trading by Designated Persons and pursuant to SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider<BR> Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), the trading window for<BR> dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons of the<BR> Company, including their immediate relatives from October 1, 2021 till 48 hours after<BR> the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended<BR> September 30 ,2021.
