| This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at their Meeting held on Saturday, the October 30, 2021 (i.e. today) inter alia, transacted the following key item of business:<BR> 1. Noted the In-Principle Approval Letter No. LO/Migration/SC/IP/244/2021-22 dated October 22, 2021 received by BSE Ltd. for the Migration of the Equity Shares of the Company from SME Platform to Main Board of BSE Ltd. Further, management of the company has initiated the process for final Migration Approval with BSE Ltd. <BR> 2. Considered and Approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2021 along with the Limited Review Report thereon issued by M/s ADV & Associates, Chartered Accountants and Statutory Auditor of the Company.<BR> 3. Approved the Policy for the Materiality For Disclosure Of Event Or Information. <BR> <BR> | |
