Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Kranti Industries Limited entered into Memorandum of Understanding on March 01, 2023 with the Existing shareholders of the Preciso Metall Private Limited to invest by way of acquisition of equity shares of Preciso Metall Private Limited which is engaged in the business of shell moulding, casting & other allied activities. Further, the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR / CFD / CMD / 4 / 2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure 1.
