Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and relevant amendments thereto from time to time, we wish to inform you that, the Hon''ble NCLT Mumbai Bench vide its order dated February 19, 2025 has sanctioned the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Wonder Precision Private Limited(Transferor Company) with Kranti Industries Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders under Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and respective rules made thereunder .
The certified copy of order of Hon''ble NCLT is awaited.
