we herewith inform the Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 9(1) read with Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the amendments of code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and code of Fair Disclosure for dealing in Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, trading window for dealings in securities of the Company shall be closed from 28th June 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2022 for all the promoter, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said code.
