In continuation to the intimation dated 29th August 2022 we would like to intimate that the Company has acquired 51% equity stake in M/s. Spanv Medisearch Lifesciences Private Limited (Kingsway Hospitals) and the shares of the Kingsway Hospitals were credited in the Demat A/c of the Company.
