Krishna Institute Of Medical Sciences Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/03/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and evaluate the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares, in one or more tranches by way of one or more Qualified Institutions Placements ('QIP') and/or rights issue in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, (each as amended), or through any other permissible mode or any combination thereof, in such manner, and on such terms and conditions as may be deemed appropriate by the Board in its absolute discretion, subject to the receipt of necessary approvals, including the approval of the members of the Company and such other regulatory and statutory approvals as may be required, if any, as may be required and determination of the issue price.
