This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in compliance with company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all its Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Friday, 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2022. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors in which the financial results will be considered by the Directors will be intimated to you later on. You are requested to take a note of the closure of the Trading Window as above.
