We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., Tuesday, May 27, 2025, has, inter-alia, considered and approved the following:
a) The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, along with the Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
b) Declaration of a final dividend of ?50/- per equity share of face value ?10/- each for the financial year 2024-25,
c) A proposal for sub-division (stock split) of equity shares of the Company from face value of ?10/- per share to ?1/- per share (i.e., split in the ratio of 1:10).
d) Proposal for amendment to the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company,
The meeting of the Board commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 9.30 p.m.
