Draft Hearing Prospectus dt 31st Dec,2024 filed by Regaal Resources Ltd (Issuer Company) with SEBI for proposed IPO of Equity Shares which was desseminated on SEBI Website on 6th Jan,2025, our name has been included as Entities forming the part of the Promoter Group of Promoters of the issuer Company
We have written to relevant regulators/entities for not including our name under "Entities forming part of the Promoter Group of Promoters of the Issuer Company" in the DRHP since there is no business, financial or any other interest whatsoever in the management, business and day-to-day operations between La Opala RG Limited and the Issuer company or tis subsidiaries or any of the business owned or controlled by the Promoters of the Issuer company or vice versa, except one of the Promoters of the Issuer Company being relative of Individual Promoters of La Opala RG Limited
La Opala RG Limited has never consented be included in Entities forming part of the Promoter Group of Issuer Comp.
