i. Approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September, 2020 <BR> <BR> The Board inter - alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results both Standalone and Consolidated for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. The same was also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held today.<BR> <BR> We are herewith enclosing the copy of the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> ii. Discussion On Dividend Payment.<BR> <BR> Considering the pandemic situation continuing, the Board has decided not to declare dividend for the financial year 2019-20.<BR>
