Notice is hereby given that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from April 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ending on March 31, 2020 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with stock exchanges.<BR> <BR> The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the audited financial results for the quarter/year ending on March 31, 2020 will be informed in due course.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
