| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure<BR> Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that in compliance with order<BR> issued by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board we have temporarily stopped our manufacturing<BR> activities.<BR> Closure order issued by state pollution closure board is abrupt with no base and we have<BR> already denied all the allegations made in it.<BR> We have also approached Bombay High Court for interference in the matter since this closure is<BR> issued in the instance of alleged complaint by political influencers with no base and we expect<BR> positive outcome in the matter soon.<BR> Till we get restart order we are trying to maintain potential business by outsourcing production<BR> stages which are interrupted to cater our existing customers and make best use of raw material<BR> inventory.<BR> We urge all members not to panic since the matter is already taken up in the court for which we<BR> are expecting positive outcome soon. | |
