In accordance with Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations') we hereby inform you that, pursuant to the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular resolution approved on November 17, 2025, appointed Mr. Venky Ramesh as the Chief Client Officer - Consumer, Market Place and Retail (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company with effect from November 17, 2025.
