With reference to the above captioned subject, We would like to inform you that Mrs. Aartiben Jagdish Thakkar who was a preferential allottee entitled for 81000 Share warrants for the proposed preferential issue, vide letter dated March 14, 2022, signified her dissent to be a preferential allottee. The company hereby, confirms, not to issue or allot Share Warrants in the proposed Preferential Issue and the said issue has been reduced upto the extent of an amount entitled to Mrs. Aartiben Jagdish Thakkar.
