| Leading Leasing Finance And Investment Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Madam / Sir, A meeting of the Board of Directors of Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Ltd ('the Company') will be held on Friday 12th August 2022, inter alia: 1- To consider and take on record the quarterly Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. 2- To consider a proposal for sub-division of the Equity shares of the Company from a face value @ Rs. 10/- each to Face Value @ Re. 1/- each as per the Beneficiary Position/Register of Members as per the Record Date in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors, subject to regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required and the approval of the shareholders of the Company. 3- Any other business with the permission of Chairperson. This notice is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time. | |
