| Lemon Tree Hotels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> <BR> In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve, the unaudited Financial Results of the Company, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> The Company has already intimated to the Exchange(s) on September 29, 2021 that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from October 1, 2021 for the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of Unaudited Financial Results. Accordingly, the Trading Window shall open w.e.f Monday, October 25, 2021.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the same on record.<BR> | |
