| With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company has signed a License Agreement for a 39 room upcoming Hotel at Mcleodganj in Dharamshala at Himachal Pradesh under the brand 'Lemon Tree Hotels'. The Hotel is expected to be operational by September, 2022. <BR> <BR> The Hotel will feature 39 well-appointed rooms and suites, complemented by a multi-cuisine restaurant and a bar. It will also have a conference room, and a swimming pool and fitness center for recreation.<BR> <BR> Please find attached herewith the copy of the press release.<BR> <BR> Further, it is hereby informed that the Hotel Operating Agreement and License Agreement for a hotel property under development (approximately 50 rooms) in Dindi at Andhara Pradesh has been terminated mutually, with the consent of the parties.<BR> <BR> Please take the above intimation on record. | |
