Dear Sir With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company has signed a License Agreement for 52 room Hotel at Ahmedabad, Gujarat (located near Gandhi Ashram) under the brand 'Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels'. The Hotel is expected to be operational by March, 2022 and this will be fifth hotel under the Company's brand in the state of Gujarat. Please find attached herewith the copy of the press release.
