| Dear Sir With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company has signed a License Agreement for a 60 room hotel at Kharar, near Chandigarh under the Company's brand 'Lemon Tree Hotel'. The hotel is expected to be operational by November, 2025. Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the Company will be operating and marketing this hotel. Please find attached herewith the copy of the press release. Further, it is hereby informed that Franchise License Agreement of Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Apple Nest, Manali (22 room Hotel) has been terminated with mutual consent of the parties.
