| With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company has signed a License Agreement for a 60 room property in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan under the Company's brand 'Lemon Tree Hotels'. The hotel is expected to be operational by July, 2026. This hotel will feature 60 well-appointed rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness center and other public areas. Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the Company will be operating this hotel.
