| Lemon Tree Hotels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2023. The Company has already intimated to the Exchange(s) on March 30, 2023 that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 1, 2023 for the consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of Audited Financial Results. Accordingly, the Trading Window shall open w.e.f Friday, June 2, 2023. | |
