Lemon Tree Hotels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> The Company has already intimated to the Exchange(s) on September 30, 2020 that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect for the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of Unaudited Financial Results. Accordingly, the Trading Window shall open w.e.f Monday, November 9, 2020.<BR>
