With reference to the captioned subject matter and pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said regulations, we are delighted to inform that on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e., on Tuesday, 22nd March, 2022 has appointed Mr. Yogiraj Hemant Atre, as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 28th March, 2022. As per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant applicable Rules Mr. Yogiraj Hemant Atre will be the Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
