We herewith enclosed a copy of the Notice of 16th Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on 28th September, 2022 at 3.00 PM through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. It is further confirmed that in compliance with the Circulars, the Notice convening the 16th AGM along with Annual Report for the financial year 2021-22 is being sent only through emails to all those shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Registrars and Transfer Agent/Depository Participant(s) as on 02nd September, 2022. Further we wish to inform that, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 22nd September, 2022 to Wednesday, 28th September, 2022 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of the 16th Annual General Meeting.
