The Notice is being sent in electronic form to all the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited and whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories as on Friday, 02nd December, 2022 (cut-off date).
