| Dear Sir / Madam, The Board of Directors of LGB Forge Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, February 07, 2024, has inter-alia, considered and approved the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Copy of the unaudited financial statements along with the Limited Review Report as received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the said period are attached herewith. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, we would like to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 02.30 p.m. | |
