Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, the intimation of loss of share certificates and request for issue for new duplicate certificates, received from our RTA., Cameo Corporate Services Ltd on 21.07.2023 are duly informed. The Company will issue the Letter of Confirmation in lieu of Share Certificates after receipt of all necessary documents from the shareholder and compliance of required formalities.
