Lime Chemicals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/03/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To Shift the Registered Office of the Company from ROC Mumbai II To ROC Mumbai I within the same state of Maharashtra.
2. To appoint Mr. Rahim Narsingdani as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, subject to approval of Members in the ensuing General Meeting.
3. Any other matter with the permission of Chair and with the consent of a majority of the Directors present in the Meeting including at least one Independent Director.
