Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 19, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022 and recommendation of dividend on equity shares of the Company, if any, along with any other business, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in continuation to the Company''s disclosure on closure of trading window dated March 31, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window has been closed for trading in securities of the Company from April 01, 2022 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time the result becomes<BR>generally available.
