This is in continuance with the intimation dated 21st October 2020, with respect to resignation of Mr. Suchit Sharma, Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company (holding ICSI Membership No. A57753) with effect from October 20, 2020.<BR> With reference to the captioned subject matter, please be informed, Mr. Pritesh Doshi, Director of the Company, shall occupy the position of a Compliance Officer of the Company, until the time a qualified Company Secretary is appointed for the post of Compliance Officer of the Company.
