With reference to the above captioned mentioned subject, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors at the meeting held on 02nd March, 2023 appointed Mr. Ajay as an Additional Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect to hold office up to the ensuing General Meeting of the Company. Mr. Ajay appointed as an Independent Director is subject to the approval of Shareholder. Brief Profile of Mr. Ajay is given in Annexure A. We further confirm that Mr. Ajay is not related to any of the Directors and KMPs of the Company. The Director being appointed in the Board Meeting held on 2nd March, 2023 is not debarred from holding office of directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
