This is to inform you that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading ) regulations 2015 read with BSE Circular Ref No LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and as per the terms of Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the Company shares shall remain closed from Friday, July 1, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ending on 30th June 2022 for specified designated persons as defined in the code.
